SO YES, I love garlic. I use to make the old shook garlic syrup, an amazing formula, but no one wanted it, so it was never made again.

As far as things homemade go, this seems be a very simple task. Are there any tips to help produce effective garlic oil?
GARLIC HAS ITS OWN OIL, IT IS AMAZING HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE FOR ESSENTIAL OIL OF GARLIC…OTHERWISE NORMAL GARLIC OIL IS NORMALLY A BLEND OF OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC.

I've read several tips for this in recent years and while they may differ a bit they are all simple instructions. One that stands out in memory is " put some cloves in a jar, cover with olive oil, tighten the lid, place jar on a fence post in a sunny location, let it sit for 3 to 5 days then strain, bottle and use as needed." I'm pretty sure an implied tip here is doing this during spring to summer time but I also reserve the right to be wrong on this. Question - is it the sun light or the heat or a little of both that help to extract the useful elements of garlic into the oil?
MOST PEOPLE ARE GOING TO "COOK" GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL ON THEIR STOVE.

About an hour ago I put a dozen or so cloves into a half pint jar, most of them have a good two inches of green sprout growing out the top .... I had intended to plant these in garden back in October but the combination of weather and having time to do this on a Saturday didn't happen. The jar is now sitting inside at a sunny southerly-facing window. Its quickly become earache weather around here, sunny 70 Wednesday afternoon, snow flurries the past two nights [smile] There is enough olive oil added to this jar, maybe 3 ounces or so, enough to cover the cloves, which i crushed but did not mince.
IN A BLENDER WORKS BEST, BUT ANYWAY YOU SMASH IT WORKS.

The green sprouts are intact. Sometime between Monday and Wednesday evening I plan to strain. Any tip for this - will squeezing while straining help or just pour through a sieve and then discard the slick remains? Will it help to heat the contents of jar for a while prior to straining?
STRAIN THROUGH A PLASTIC OR METAL STRAINER FIRST TO CATCH ALL THE LARGE PARTICLES. NATURALLY IF YOU CAN "PRESS" YOUR SOLIDS, YOU WILL GET MUCH MORE OIL.

I HAVE SOME GARLIC THAT I HAVE HAD IN THE JAR FOR 15+ YEARS, NEVER HEATED, ETC….IT JUST ALL DEPENDS HOW FAST YOU NEED YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT AND WHEN USING YOUR METHOD---GARLIC ALSO HAS WATER, SO IF YOU LEAVE THAT WATER IN THE MIX, IT WILL NOT ONLY MAKE A "MESS" TO DEAL WITH, IT CAN ALSO CAUSE THE FINAL PRODUCT TO "SPOIL". WATER IS ALWAYS A NO NO WHEN MAKING AN OIL PRODUCT.

There is a bottle of garlic oil I bought a few years ago and have been using off and on in ears with B&B as needed, this bottle is nearly empty and it was only recently that I noticed it has attained that smells like rancid oil ...
SMELL CAN BE FROM THAT OR SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS THE GARLIC WAS "HEATED" OR HAD WATER IN IT, ETC…YOU WOULD HAVE TO JUDGE EACH BOTTLE WHEN NOT KNOWING HOW IT WAS MADE.

but Ive continued using while searching for the emergency stash of garlic oil that is tucked away somewhere in the house.

Advice?

GARLIC IS ONE OF THE WORLD'S MOST VALUABLE HERBS, IT CAN BE EXTRACTED IN DOZENS OF WAYS AND ENDLESS BLENDED….THE BEST MEDICAL GARLIC BOOK EVER WRITTEN HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN MY OLD WEBSITE FOLDERS AND THE DOCTOR WOULD HAVE PEOPLE EAT THE CRUSHED GARLIC AS HE SPRAYED THE GARLIC ACID DIRECT INTO ALL THEIR SKIN AT ONCE---LITERALLY PLACE THE PATIENT INSIDE A CHAMBER AND TURN THE PUMP ON…AND THAT WOULD BE AN EXTREME EXPERIMENT AS GARLIC ACID IS EXTREMELY POTENT AND ALSO IN YOUR JAR..

I NEVER MAKE GARLIC OIL BY ITS SELF, I PREFER A FINISHED PRODUCT THAT CAN NEVER SPOIL. PLAIN GARLIC OIL EXPLAINED IN HERBAL BOOKS/INTERNET, ETC. SHOULD BE USED WITHIN A YEAR AND ALWAYS MAKE FRESH EACH SEASON. IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY CHEAP WAY TO CONSUME GARLIC IF YOU DO NOT LIKE EATING THE BULBS.

ONCE YOU HAVE GARLIC OIL, YOU MAKE ENDLESS COMBINATIONS---EVERYTHING FROM SKIN OIL, EAR OIL, AS A FOOD OR AS A CANCER CURE TO AN EXTREME DE-WORMER AND I ACTUALLY PREFER THE ULTIMATE DE-WORMER FORMULAS TO BE AN OIL EXTRACT AND MAKE THE EXTREME GARLIC BLEND…..

IF I DO ANYTHING SERIOUS, IT WILL HAVE GARLIC IN IT, EVEN THOUGH 95% OF THE PEOPLE WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING IF GARLIC IS ON THE LABEL….

YESTERDAY, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, SOMEONE PURCHASED BY GARLIC 16 EXTRACT----I HAD ALMOST FORGOTTEN ABOUT IT, BECAUSE UNTIL YESTERDAY NO ONE HAD INTEREST. MADE WITH 16 DIFFERENT FRESH GROWN GARLIC PLANTS. JUST SOMETHING "DIFFERENT" , I COULD MAKE 100 GARLIC FORMULAS, BUT NOT SOMETHING PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR.

WHEN YOU ARE WANTING TO EXTRACT ANY HERB, YOU LIQUIFY IT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

And what is the difference between the oil and tincture concentrate?

I DO NOT MAKE EITHER AS A CONCENTRATE, TO MAKE A CONCENTRATE YOU WOULD START WITH A WATER EXTRACT AND REDUCE THE WATER.

OIL SIMPLY MEANS YOU USE AN OIL BASE

TINCTURE SIMPLY MEANS YOU USE AN ALCOHOL BASE

ANY PERSON WHO EATS WHOLE GARLIC GETS 100% OF WHAT GARLIC CAN DO. MODIFYING HERBS/GARLIC SIMPLY MAKES THE MINERALS "EASIER" TO CONSUME AND WITH GARLIC SPECIFICALLY, DIFFERENT HERBS CAN BE USED TO CHANGE THE TASTE----AN ENTIRE BOOK CAN BE WRITTEN ABOUT GARLIC, MAYBE MANY BOOKS SINCE IT DATES BACK THOUSANDS OF YEARS IN USE FOR HUMANS. I LIKE GARLIC, BECAUSE IF YOU LEAVE IT ALONE AND THE WEATHER DOES NOT DELIBERATELY SEEK TO DESTROY ALL PLANTS WITH A BAZZAR SPRING FREEZE; IT WILL SLOWLY SPREAD AND A VERY HEARTY HERB. WHEN YOU NEED IT, YOU SIMPLY GO TO WHERE YOU KNOW IT IS, DIG THROUGH THE SNOW AND IT IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS.

YOU CAN BREATHE GARLIC, YOU CAN TAKE IT INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY AND IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE AS AN ESSENTIAL OIL. I COULD EASILY AKE THE LARGEST PRODUCT LINE IMAGINABLE WITH JUST GARLIC AS THE BASE AND ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR CANCER HOSPITALS---BUT THANKS TO PUBLIC SCHOOL EDUCATION THE ZOMBIS WOULD NEVER WANT SUCH THINGS.

AMERICANS ASSOCIATE GARLIC WITH POOR KOREAN/VIETNAM PEOPLE OF THE KOREAN/VIETNAM WAR ERA…KOREANS/VIETNAMESE COULD SMELL DIRTY MEAT EATING AMERICANS AND AMERICANS USED DOGS TO SMELL THE GARLIC ODER OF KOREANS/VIETNAMESE ……AMERICANS LOVE THEIR MEATS, IF ONLY MEAT COULD BE USED IN TREATMENT OF HEALTH….AND ACTUALLY AMERICANS DID USE MEAT FOR HEALTH; THEY BOILED IT, THROUGH AWAY THE SOLIDS AND DRANK THE LIQUID. can they save their own lives by doing this: 3 cups of water after each meal with one garlic.
THAT BOOK IS ON THE SCHOOL FOLDER, IT WAS A JAPANESE METHOD TO CURE CANCER. THE MD CLAIMED A SHRUNK STOMACH IS WHAT KILLS PEOPLE / DISEASE AND CONSUMING A CLOVE OF SMASHED GARLIC WRAPPED IN SEA WEED WITH 3 GLASSES OF WATER AFTER EVERY MEAL WOULD EXPAND THE STOMACH AND CURE IT.

HE USED FRESH GARLIC, THE GARLIC PILLS OF TODAY WOULDN'T BE THE SAME, ETC...AND CERTAINLY ALL ODORLESS GARLIC PRODUCTS ARE WORTHLESS.

Is it safe?
SURE, IF YOU CAN'T TOLERATE IT, YOU WOULD SIMPLY STOP.

Can we cure all by only making this?
ZERO CLUE, NEVER TRIED IT. I CERTAINLY WOULD READ THE BOOK FIRST.

And can we use any water to this or it should be distilled?
ON THIS FORUM, WE ONLY PROMOTE HOME MADE DISTILLED WATER AS THE SAFEST WATER.

The true behinds this is not only the garlic creating a new stomach?
I CAN'T IMAGINE EATING NORMAL JUNK FOOD PRODUCING A NEW STOMACH...THE NEW STOMACH BOOK SUGGEST 6 MONTHS OF FASTING/REST TO OBTAIN A NEW STOMACH.

READING A WIDE VARIETY OF BOOKS AND SELF-EXPERIMENTING IS THE ONLY WAY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT AUTHORS WROTE THE MOST TRUTH.
